Count On Me Triple Play - Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue
The Jim Mora Count On Me Family Foundation is proud to support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue through their Triple Play Program. The Foundation is working with the Boys & Girls Clubs to provide sports equipment and support to help keep children motivated to participate in the following ways:
Triple Play is a healthy mind, body and soul program, combining exercise with healthy eating and healthy competition.
Mind - Healthy Habits provides a wide-ranging approach to addressing nutrition education and fitness.
Body - Sports, fitness and recreation programs designed to get members up and active through daily challenges, games and tournaments to strengthen their body.
Soul - Social recreation utilizes the games room to teach and reinforce social and ethical skills young people need to be successful.
Field Day at the Boys & Girls Clubs is a year-end celebration of the Triple Play Program where kids get out and participate in a variety of events, healthy activities and some good old-fashioned fun. Field Day celebrates a fantastic season of learning the 3 components of Triple Play - Mind, Body and Soul.
The Foundation provides equipment for the activities and a commemorative t-shirt for every participant. Foundation volunteers come out in full support, assisting the children in their fun day of play.
